Our Plan Member Services sign-in page is getting a makeover
We’re always looking for ways to make your members’ online experience better and easier. On September 26, we’re making some small changes to the plan member services sign-in page, but we expect they’ll make a big difference to your members.
What’s changing? Same site. New name.
Note: The URL for the Plan Sponsor Services sign-in page you use to manage your company plan info (www.sunlife.ca/sponsor) will not change. If your company has a customized sign-in page, it won’t be impacted.
New look. New design.
We want to ensure we have a consistent look and feel across our websites, so we’ve changed the design of the page to match the main sign-in page for www.sunlife.ca.
More info. More value.
We’re creating more upfront value for your members by adding tools, newsletters and links to commonly requested information right on the sign in page. This will help:
- Educate members about their plan(s),
- Introduce our secure site and promote the amazing online features available to them, and
- Make members aware of tips and tools that will help them better understand their benefits plan.
Communicating with your plan members
We created this communication for your members, to let them know about the upcoming changes to their sign-in page. We also placed an ad on the main sunlife.ca page and a message on the secure member site to keep members informed.
Note: please do not share this message with members with customized sign-in pages as the changes do not impact them.
